1. About these terms
These terms govern the sale of products offered on this website by Flitella to you as a customer. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. Please save a copy for your records.

2. Orders
The display of products on the site is an invitation to treat, not an offer. When you place an order you make an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email accepting your order.
3. Prices
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Any delivery charges are shown before you complete your order. Unless otherwise stated, standard shipping across the UK is free.
4. Availability
Products are offered subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will let you know promptly and refund any amount already paid for that product.
5. Payment
Accepted payment methods are listed on our Payment Methods page. The methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment providers over an encrypted connection.
6. Delivery
Delivery methods and times are described on our Shipping & Delivery page. We remain responsible for goods sent with our chosen carrier until you, or someone you nominate, takes physical possession.
7. Returns and consumer rights
Our goods are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015: they must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. You also generally have a 14-day right to cancel a distance purchase after receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, in addition to our own 30-day returns policy.

8. Liability
Your statutory rights and remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability, consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in the courts where you live. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
